MP3 Audio License (Commercial Use)
This license applies to MP3 audio files (“Audio”) sold by Brian Streckfus (“Licensor”) through brianstreckfus.com and/or authorized storefronts. If you have proof of purchase, you may use the purchased Audio commercially as described below.
1) Grant of License
Upon purchase, Licensor grants you (“Licensee”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased Audio in commercial and non-commercial projects, including monetized YouTube, videos, podcasts, livestreams, advertisements, games, and client work. You may synchronize the Audio with visual media and make minor edits needed for your project (trimming, looping, fades, timing, volume).
2) Proof of Purchase Required
This license is valid only if you can provide proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or other verifiable record) for the specific Audio.
3) Attribution Required (Where Reasonably Possible)
Where credits are customary/available (e.g., YouTube description, podcast show notes, game credits), include:

4) Restrictions (What You May NOT Do)
- You may NOT resell, redistribute, or share the Audio files as standalone files (including sample packs or music libraries).
- You may NOT claim authorship/ownership of the Audio.
- You may NOT upload the Audio to rights-management/content-ID systems or stock-music platforms as your own.
5) Client Work
If you use the Audio in paid client work, the client may use it only as part of the delivered end product. The Audio file itself may not be transferred to the client for reuse in new projects unless the client purchases their own license.
6) Termination
If you breach this license, your rights end automatically and you must stop using the Audio.
7) Ownership
Licensor retains all ownership and copyright in the Audio. This license grants usage rights only.
